CCCW Heat Exchanger
It can effectively prevent the condenser and heat exchanger of the water chiller from blocking, to prolong the service life of the water chiller. Water treatment chemicals can be reduced and reduce the water loss compared with the open cooling tower.
1. Scope of application. The CCCW heat exchanger is mainly used for cooling of closed circulating cooling water in power plant. The circulating cooling water of the power plant is cooled by the open water through the heat exchanger, and then the cooling water is provided to the power plant equipment of the closed cooling system.
2. Structural features
2.1 Shell and tube structure is generally adopted.
2.2 Generally, the closed circulating cooling water is on the shell side and the open cooling water is on the pipe side (except for special types).
2.3 The interfaces of the CCCW heat exchanger are generally set as follows. Inlet and outlet of the fluid at the shell side and tube side, the interface of the safety valve at the shell side and tube side, the interface of the exhaust and discharge at the shell side and tube side, the temperature and pressure test interface at the inlet and outlet of the fluid at the shell side and tube side.
