Shandong Jirong Thermal Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jirong Thermal Engineering”) was established in 2014 and is located in Jinan, Shandong Province. It is one of the subsidiaries of Jinan Pressure Vessel Factory. Jirong Thermal Engineering holds independent import‑export business qualifications. It is certified with an A2‑class special equipment manufacturing license, ISO 9001 quality management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification, environmental management system certification, the U‑stamp of the American ASME code, as well as product certifications such as the EU PED, Russian EAC, Algerian ARH, Malaysian DOSH, and Singapore MOM. Our products serve a wide range of sectors, including thermal power, oil and petrochemicals, as well as the civil market, and are exported to Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. We are a long-term partner of leading international companies such as Siemens, General Electric, Andritz, Valmet, and Sumitomo Machinery. Domestically, our key customers include the five major power generation companies, Shanghai Electric, Dongfang Electric, Harbin Power Plant Group, China Energy Construction, China Electric Power Construction, China National Machinery Industry Corporation, PetroChina, Sinopec, and China National Chemical Corporation, among others.
The factory has a well‑established quality and safety management system, equipped with RT, PT, MT, and UT testing equipment and staffed by qualified personnel. The company’s main products include: high-pressure heaters; low-pressure heaters; in‑line deaerators manufactured in collaboration with the Dutch firm STORK; rotary‑film deaerators; district‑heating network heaters; closed‑loop water heat exchangers; boiler‑startup condensate flash tanks; fixed‑ and continuous‑drainage as well as thermal‑oil heaters; fuel‑oil and heavy‑oil heaters and coolers; formaldehyde heat exchangers for the chemical industry, jacketed heat exchangers, and semi‑tubular jacketed material tanks; desalination tanks; and various types of heat exchangers.

The company’s next phase of development will focus on the national priority sectors of the solar‑thermal industry and renewable energy. In alignment with the Belt and Road Initiative, the company will further anchor itself in international standards and enhance product quality, thereby laying a solid foundation for sustained growth.

The company operates a dual‑standard, dual‑track quality management and control system compliant with both GB and ASME standards, enabling it to meet the requirements of power plants and project management both domestically and internationally.
