CSPPLAZA Photothermal Power Generation Network reported: For a long time, due to the delay in breaking the domestic photothermal market, the photothermal market has shown an overall situation, which has led domestic manufacturers to falter due to the lack of existing performance support when participating in the international photothermal market competition.
But even so, some domestic manufacturers have taken the lead in opening up the situation in the international photothermal market, successfully exporting China's photothermal technology and engineering capabilities and China's photothermal products overseas, winning attention and reputation for China's photothermal in the international market.
This paper makes an inventory of Chinese enterprises that actively layout overseas photothermal power generation market from the perspective of EPC and engineering consulting services and equipment supply.
• EPC and engineering consulting services ·
As there are very few cases of participating in commercial photothermal power stations, Chinese enterprises have relatively little experience in overall system design, integration and power station construction and operation. A few enterprises represented by Shandong Electric Power Construction Third Engineering Company (SEPCO III) are testing EPC of overseas photothermal power generation projects in cooperation with overseas manufacturers and have made some progress.
1, Shandong Electric Power Construction Third Engineering Company.
The consortium formed by SEPCO III and Sener of Spain undertook the EPC of Morocco's Noor2 trough solar thermal power station and Noor3 tower solar thermal power station with installed capacity of 200MW and 150MW respectively. SEPCO III is responsible for the civil construction, conventional island supply, heat storage system and peripheral system equipment supply and installation of the project.
At present, with the participation of SEPCO III, the Noor2 and Noor3 projects are progressing steadily and are expected to be completed in the second half of this year and next year respectively.
In addition to the Noor2 and Noor3 projects, SEPCO III has also set up a consortium with Engie of France to bid for the first phase of the 200MW tower solar thermal power generation project in MohammadBinRashidAlMaktoum Solar Park to be developed by Dubai Water and Electricity Authority (Dewa) and passed the prequalification. The final winning bidder will be announced in the second half of this year.
2, the first flight energy-saving thermal technology Co., Ltd.
The consortium formed by Shouhang Energy-saving Photothermal Technology Co., Ltd. and Saudi Alfanar Company has also previously bid for the first phase of the 200MW tower photothermal power generation project in MohammadBinRashidAlMaktoum Solar Park to be developed by Dubai Water and Electricity Authority (Dewa) and passed the prequalification. The final winning bidder will be announced in the second half of this year.
3Northwest Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd.
Northwest Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. participated in the design of the heat absorption tower of Noor3 tower solar thermal power station in Morocco. In the design process of the construction drawing of the heat absorption tower of the project, the "parametric processing software based on ACI307-08 running on ANSYS" compiled by Northwest Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. is used for calculation input and structural analysis, which effectively improves the design efficiency.
· Equipment supply ·
The photothermal power generation system is relatively complex and involves a long industrial chain. After years of technical research and accumulation, China has basically been able to produce all the key and main equipment of the photothermal power generation system, and the overall industrial chain has been initially formed. In particular, key equipment such as reflectors and collector tubes have already met the conditions for commercial production, and at the same time, a number of equipment suppliers with certain technical and production capabilities have been cultivated, some enterprises are also actively exploring overseas markets in the past when China's solar thermal market has been slow to open the curtain.
At the same time, some of the traditional equipment manufacturers involved in the solar thermal power generation industry have gradually captured some market opportunities in overseas solar thermal power generation projects.
