The biomass circulating fluidized bed boiler PowerFluid and flue gas purification system provided by International Technology Group Andritz to Mitsui Shipbuilding at the Ichihara Biomass Power Plant in Chiba Prefecture will begin commercial operation from December 2020 after all performance guarantee values are passed as planned in November 2020.

In this project, our company provided Andritz with built-in deaerator equipment, which is a double standard product of ASME and JSME. The deaerator is one of the important auxiliaries in the regenerative system. Its main function is to remove non-condensing gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide in the demineralized water, followed by heating the demineralized water to the saturation temperature under the operating pressure of the deaerator. The heating steam source is generally the extraction steam on the pressure side of the power plant turbine and other residual steam, high-temperature drainage, etc., thus improving the thermal economy of the system, the saturated water that reaches the standard oxygen content is stored in the deaerator water tank to meet the needs of the boiler at any time and ensure the safe operation of the boiler. http://www.jirong-thermal.com/
