The project is located 5 kilometers west of Shilin County, Sire River Prefecture, Uzbekistan, about 150 kilometers away from the capital Tashkent City, with a construction area of about 75 hectares. It is the country's first IPP project and the largest power station project, as well as the world's most advanced 9H-class gas turbine project. The project adopts the gas turbine with the highest combustion temperature, the largest single power and the highest efficiency in the world, which meets the design standard of "zero discharge of wastewater" and has multiple "firsts".

After the project is completed, it can be provided to the local power grid every day.More than 36 million kilowatt-degrees of electricity, fully meeting the electricity demand of the three major states of Syer River, Bukhara and Samarkand, benefiting Uzbekistan.
