Membrane-type deaerator
Product configuration: deaerator head plus water tank; the deaerator head can be either vertical or horizontal, with the vertical type available in single‑head or double‑head versions.
The feedwater inlet of the spiral‑membrane tube is arranged with uniform cross‑sectional dimensions, resulting in a thin water film, excellent continuity, and high deoxygenation efficiency, with an outlet dissolved oxygen level of ≤7 ppb.
High adaptability: It can achieve deoxygenation under conditions of low‑temperature influent and high‑oxygen‑content influent, provided that a sufficient steam flow is maintained.
The rated load can ensure compliance with effluent dissolved oxygen requirements within the range of 30% to 110%.
Wide range of applicability: 10 t/h to 2,400 t/h, suitable for both fixed- and sliding-pressure operation.
