Case Introduction
Our company has signed a supply contract for heat exchangers—including water-cooled condensers, kettle-type evaporators, kettle‑type evaporator‑economizers, and water‑cooled oil coolers—for the Iraq Block 9 crude oil processing project. Each unit weighs over 90 tons and features a heat transfer area of 3,600 square meters. All departments coordinated closely and responded swiftly, ensuring timely delivery of the equipment while maintaining both quality and quantity.
The project is located in the northern part of Basra Governorate, southern Iraq, covering an area of 865 square kilometers. The scope of work includes the construction of a central crude oil processing facility with a capacity of 100,000 barrels per day, as well as design, procurement, construction, and commissioning services for the crude oil processing system and its auxiliary systems.
