On June 11, 2025, a six-member delegation comprising the Project Manager, Quality Manager, and Supplier Quality Engineer from Valmet Technologies Oy (Finland), together with the Procurement Manager, Supplier Quality Manager, and Quality Engineer from Valmet (China) Co., Ltd., arrived at our company for a friendly visit.

During their visit, the Valmet delegation reviewed and conducted on-site inspections of the progress of equipment deliveries for the Arauco Sucuriú RB project in Brazil and the Irving New Recovery Boiler project in Canada, including high-pressure heaters, deaerators, freshwater coolers, and preheaters. In addition, they examined and evaluated our company’s design documentation, process control systems, and meticulous production‑quality management practices.

Following the visit, Mr. Sami Kaipio expressed his anticipation that Valmet and Shandong Jirong will further strengthen their close global collaboration in the future. He also voiced his hope that Shandong Jirong will continue to provide robust support in project‑related cooperation.

The Arauco Sucuriú RB project in Brazil, a joint venture between the two parties, is an investment initiative by Chilean pulp giant Arauco.
